When and where to wear a face covering

There are some places where you must wear a face covering by law. Different rules exist in different parts of the UK about which you can find out more on the relevant regional websites:

In England, you must wear a face covering in the following indoor settings (a list of examples for each is included in the brackets):

  • public transport (aeroplanes, trains, trams and buses)
  • taxis and private hire vehicles (PHVs)
  • transport hubs (airports, rail and tram stations and terminals, maritime ports and terminals, bus and coach stations and terminals)
  • shops and supermarkets (places which offer goods or services for retail sale or hire)
  • shopping centres (malls and indoor markets)
  • auction houses
  • premises providing hospitality (bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes), except when seated at a table to eat or drink (see exemptions) from 24 September
  • post offices, banks, building societies, high-street solicitors and accountants, credit unions, short-term loan providers, savings clubs and money service businesses
  • premises providing personal care and beauty treatments (hair salons, barbers, nail salons, massage centres, tattoo and piercing parlours)
  • premises providing veterinary services
  • visitor attractions and entertainment venues (museums, galleries, cinemas, theatres, concert halls, cultural and heritage sites, aquariums, indoor zoos and visitor farms, bingo halls, amusement arcades, adventure activity centres, indoor sports stadiums, funfairs, theme parks, casinos, skating rinks, bowling alleys, indoor play areas including soft-play areas)
  • libraries and public reading rooms
  • places of worship
  • funeral service providers (funeral homes, crematoria and burial ground chapels)
  • community centres, youth centres and social clubs
  • exhibition halls and conference centres
  • public areas in hotels and hostels
  • storage and distribution facilities

You are expected to wear a face covering before entering any of these settings and must keep it on until you leave unless there is a reasonable excuse for removing it. More detailed advice on the application of these requirements in different settings can be found in the government’s guidance for working safely.

You should also wear a face covering in indoor places not listed here where social distancing may be difficult and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet.

Face coverings are needed in NHS settings, including hospitals and primary or community care settings, such as GP surgeries. They are also advised to be worn in care homes.

The Department for Education (DfE) has updated its guidance on the use of face coverings for schools and other education institutions that teach people in years 7 and above in England.

Enforcement measures for failing to comply with this law

Premises where face coverings are required should take reasonable steps to promote compliance with the law.

The police can take measures if members of the public do not comply with this law without a valid exemption and transport operators can deny access to their public transport services if a passenger is not wearing a face covering, or direct them to wear one or leave a service.

If necessary, the police and Transport for London (TfL) officers have enforcement powers including issuing fines. From 24 September this will be £200 (reduced to £100 if paid within 14 days) for the first offence.

Repeat offenders receiving fines on public transport or in an indoor setting will have their fines doubled at each offence.

After the first offence, there will be no discount. For example, receiving a second fine will amount to £400 and a third fine will be £800, up to a maximum value of £6,400.

I usually buy my spices from the local Delhi Shop mainly because of the wide range and competitive prices.

So what is Cardamom? It is a spice with an intense, slightly sweet flavor that some people compare to mint.
It originated in India but is available worldwide today and used in both sweet and savory recipes.
The seeds, oils and extracts of cardamom are thought to have impressive medicinal properties and have been used in traditional medicine for centuries (1, 2).


Here are 10 health benefits of cardamom, backed by science.


1. Antioxidant and Diuretic Properties May Lower Blood Pressure
Cardamom may be helpful for people with high blood pressure.
In one study, researchers gave three grams of cardamom powder a day to 20 adults who were newly diagnosed with high blood pressure. After 12 weeks, blood pressure levels had significantly decreased to the normal range (3Trusted Source).


The promising results of this study may be related to the high levels of antioxidants in cardamom. In fact, the participants’ antioxidant status had increased by 90% by the end of the study. Antioxidants have been linked to lower blood pressure (3Trusted Source, 4Trusted Source).
Researchers also suspect that the spice may lower blood pressure due to its diuretic effect, meaning it can promote urination to remove water that builds up in your body, for example around your heart.


Cardamom extract has been shown to increase urination and decrease blood pressure in rats (5Trusted Source).

Cardamom may help lower blood pressure, most likely due to its antioxidant and diuretic properties.


2. May Contain Cancer-Fighting Compounds
The compounds in cardamom may help fight cancer cells.
Studies in mice have shown that cardamom powder can increase the activity of certain enzymes that help fight cancer (6Trusted Source, 7Trusted Source).


The spice may also enhance the ability of natural killer cells to attack tumors (8Trusted Source).


In one study, researchers exposed two groups of mice to a compound that causes skin cancer and fed one group 500 mg of ground cardamom per kg (227 mg per pound) of weight per day (7 Trusted Source).


After 12 weeks, only 29% of the group who ate the cardamom developed cancer, compared to over 90% of the control group (7Trusted Source).


Research on human cancer cells and cardamom indicate similar results. One study showed that a certain compound in the spice stopped oral cancer cells in test tubes from multiplying (9Trusted Source).


Even though the results are promising, these studies have only been conducted on mice or in test tubes. Human research is needed before stronger claims can be made.

Certain compounds in cardamom may fight cancer and stop the growth of tumors in mice and test tubes. Human research is needed to validate if these results apply to humans as well.

3. May Protect from Chronic Diseases Thanks to Anti-Inflammatory Effects
Cardamom is rich in compounds that may fight inflammation.
Inflammation occurs when your body is exposed to foreign substances. Acute inflammation is necessary and beneficial, but long-term inflammation can lead to chronic diseases (10Trusted Source, 11Trusted Source, 12).


Antioxidants, found in abundance in cardamom, protect cells from damage and stop inflammation from occurring (13Trusted Source).
One study found that cardamom extract in doses of 50–100 mg per kg (23–46 mg per pound) of body weight was effective in inhibiting at least four different inflammatory compounds in rats (14Trusted Source).
Another study in rats showed that eating cardamom powder decreased liver inflammation induced by eating a diet high in carbs and fat (15Trusted Source).


Though there are not as many studies on the anti-inflammatory effects of cardamom in humans, research shows that supplements may increase antioxidant status by up to 90% (3Trusted Source).

The antioxidant compounds in cardamom may help protect cells from damage and slow down and prevent inflammation in your body.


4. May Help with Digestive Problems, Including Ulcers
Cardamom has been used for thousands of years to help with digestion.


It’s often mixed with other medicinal spices to relieve discomfort, nausea and vomiting (1).
The most researched property of cardamom, as it pertains to relieving stomach issues, is its possible ability to heal ulcers.


In one study, rats were fed extracts of cardamom, turmeric and sembung leaf in hot water before being exposed to high doses of aspirin to induce stomach ulcers. These rats developed fewer ulcers compared to rats that only received aspirin (16Trusted Source).
A similar study in rats found that cardamom extract alone could completely prevent or reduce the size of gastric ulcers by at least 50%.


In fact, at doses of 12.5 mg per kg (5.7 mg per pound) of body weight, cardamom extract was more effective than a common anti-ulcer medication (17Trusted Source).
Test-tube research also suggests that cardamom may protect against Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria linked to the development of most stomach ulcer issues (18Trusted Source).
More research is needed to know if the spice would have the same effect against ulcers in humans.

SUMMARY
Cardamom may protect against digestive issues and has been shown to reduce the number and size of stomach ulcers in rats.


5. May Treat Bad Breath and Prevent Cavities
The use of cardamom to treat bad breath and improve oral health is an ancient remedy.
In some cultures, it’s common to freshen your breath by eating entire cardamom pods after a meal (1).
Even the chewing gum manufacturer Wrigley uses the spice in one of its products.


The reason why cardamom can lead to minty fresh breath may have to do with its ability to fight common mouth bacteria (19Trusted Source).
One study found that cardamom extracts were effective in fighting five bacteria that can cause dental cavities. In some test-tube cases, the extracts prevented the growth of the bacteria by up to 0.82 inches (2.08 cm) (20).
Additional research shows that cardamom extract can reduce the number of bacteria in saliva samples by 54% (21).
However, all of these studies have been conducted in test tubes, making it unclear how the results may apply to humans.


SUMMARY
Cardamom is often used to treat bad breath and is a component of some chewing gums. This is because cardamom might be able to kill common mouth bacteria and prevent cavities.


6. May Have Antibacterial Effects and Treat Infections
Cardamom also has antibacterial effects outside of the mouth and may treat infections.
Research shows that cardamom extracts and essential oils have compounds that fight several common strains of bacteria (22Trusted Source, 23Trusted Source, 24Trusted Source, 25Trusted Source).


One test-tube study examined the impact of these extracts on drug-resistant strains of Candida, a yeastthat can cause fungal infections. The extracts were able to inhibit the growth of some strains by 0.39–0.59 inches (0.99–1.49 cm) (26Trusted Source).


Additional test-tube research found that essential oils and extracts of cardamom were just as, and sometimes more effective than standard drugs against E. coli and Staphylococcus, bacteria that can cause food poisoning (23Trusted Source).
Test-tube studies have also shown that cardamom essential oils fight the bacteria Salmonella that leads to food poisoning and Campylobacter that contributes to stomach inflammation (24Trusted Source, 25Trusted Source).


Existing studies on the antibacterial effects of cardamom have only looked at isolated strains of bacteria in labs. Therefore, the evidence is currently not strong enough to make claims that the spice would have the same effect in humans.


SUMMARY
The essential oils and extracts of cardamom may be effective against a variety of bacterial strains that contribute to fungal infections, food poisoning and stomach issues. However, research has only been conducted in test tubes and not in humans.


7. May Improve Breathing and Oxygen Use
Compounds in cardamom may help increase airflow to your lungs and improve breathing.
When used in aromatherapy, cardamom can provide an invigorating odor that enhances your body’s ability to use oxygen during exercise (27).


One study asked a group of participants to inhale cardamom essential oil for one minute before walking on a treadmill for 15-minute intervals. This group had a significantly higher oxygen uptake compared to the control group (27).
Another way that cardamom may improve breathing and oxygen use is by relaxing your airway. This may be particularly helpful for treating asthma.
A study in rats and rabbits found that injections of cardamom extract could relax the throat air passage. If the extract has a similar effect in people with asthma, it may prevent their inflamed airways from restricting and improve their breathing (28).


SUMMARY
Cardamom may improve breathing by stimulating better oxygen uptake and relaxing air passage to the lungs in humans and animals.
. May Lower Blood Sugar Levels
When taken in powder form, cardamom may lower blood sugar.


One study found that feeding rats a high-fat, high-carb (HFHC) diet caused their blood sugar levels to remain elevated longer than if they were fed a normal diet (15Trusted Source).


When rats on the HFHC diet were given cardamom powder, their blood sugar did not stay elevated for longer than the blood sugar of rats on a normal diet (15Trusted Source).


However, the powder may not have the same effect in humans with type 2 diabetes.
In a study in over 200 adults with this condition, participants were divided into groups that took only black tea or black tea with three grams of either cinnamon, cardamom or ginger every day for eight weeks (29Trusted Source).


The results showed that cinnamon, but not cardamom or ginger, improved blood sugar control (29Trusted Source).
In order to better understand the effect of cardamom on blood sugar in humans, more studies are needed.

SUMMARY
A study on rats suggests that cardamom may help decrease high blood sugar levels, but more high-quality human studies are needed.

9. Other Potential Health Benefits of Cardamom
In addition to the aforementioned health benefits, cardamom may be good for your health in other ways as well.
Studies in rats have found that the high antioxidant levels in the spice may prevent both liver enlargement, anxiety and even aid weight loss:


Liver protection: Cardamom extract may decrease elevated liver enzymes, triglyceride and cholesterol levels. They may also prevent liver enlargement and liver weight, which reduces the risk of fatty liver disease (30, 31Trusted Source, 32Trusted Source, 33Trusted Source).


Anxiety: One rat study suggests that cardamom extract may prevent anxious behaviors. This may be because low blood levels of antioxidants have been linked to the development of anxiety and other mood disorders (34Trusted Source, 35Trusted Source, 36Trusted Source).

Weight loss: A study in 80 overweight and obese prediabetic women found a link between cardamom and slightly reduced waist circumference. However, rat studies on weight loss and the spice have not found significant results (15Trusted Source, 37Trusted Source)
The number of studies on the link between cardamom and these potential benefits is limited and mostly done on animals.


Furthermore, the reasons why the spice may help improve liver health, anxiety and weight are unclear.

SUMMARY:
A limited number of studies suggests that cardamom supplements may decrease waist circumference and prevent anxious behaviors and fatty liver. The reasons behind these effects are unclear but may have to do with the spice’s high antioxidant content.


10. Safe for Most People and Widely Available
Cardamom is generally safe for most people.
The most common way to use cardamom is in cooking or baking. It’s very versatile and often added to Indian curries and stews, as well as gingerbread cookies, bread and other baked goods.


The use of cardamom supplements, extracts and essential oils is likely to become more common in light of the promising results of research on its medicinal uses.
However, there is currently no recommended dose for the spice since most studies have been on animals. The use of supplements should be monitored by a health professional.
Furthermore, cardamom supplements may not be suitable for children and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.


Most supplements recommend 500 mg of cardamom powder or extract once or twice a day.
The FDA does not regulate supplements, so be sure to choose brands that have been tested by a third party if you’re encouraged to try cardamom supplements by a healthcare provider.
If you’re interested in trying cardamom, remember that adding the spice to your foods may be the safest way.

When you look at the world of food, you realise that food trends are really being driven by consumers and what they need and want.

The other point that’s important to consider is the difference between a trend and a fad, A fad is confined to one category, channel or geography and usually just lasts for one season or year.

A good way to spot trends that will stand the test of time is to identify the ones that have one or more wider social drivers, such as health and wellbeing, or seeking experiences that support them.”

Simon Parton, Compass Group UK & Ireland’s head of food and beverage innovation, says: “Authenticity is a delicate balance. At the very top level, it means total authenticity of the recipe and the ingredients. This is expensive, so to most of us authenticity means capturing the essence of the cuisine, the flavours, the key ingredients, the colours and smells; not breaking the rules by using the wrong meat, for instance.”

Veg-centric cooking
Meat-free dining has become a lifestyle choice for today’s health-conscious and environmentally aware consumers and it’s one that they’re choosing to dip in and out of.

“Veg-centric cooking is a trend that’s been bubbling away for a while,” says Nick Vadis, culinary director at Compass Group UK & Ireland. “That’s why we’ve developed our new vegetarian Root Kitchen concept for the business. But the people asking for it are not necessarily vegetarian.”

Vadis describes this group as ‘flexitarian’, while the Food People refers to them as ‘reducetarians’.

“This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about moderation of our carnivorous side,” says Banks. “Reducing any processes that harm the planet and finding cleaner ways to live and eat is better for our bodies and better for the world.”

Waste not, want not
The arguments for reducing waste are so compelling, for both the planet (less waste to landfill; conservation of natural resources) and hospitality operators (reduced costs), that the real question should be why not?

So it’s little wonder that food businesses are becoming increasingly innovative when it comes to lowering the levels of waste they produce.

“Restaurants are promoting themselves as having ‘no food waste’, using not only nose-to-tail but also root-to-tip [of fruit and vegetable]. Never before has so much of every plant and animal been used,” says Banks.

“There are a few operators that are responding to the desire from consumers to live within a sustainable food ecosystem. And it is extremely difficult to do if it is done properly. To quote Doug McMaster from Silo: ‘I don’t have a bin in my kitchen.’ Just think about that for a moment. Nothing is thrown away – no food, no packaging, nothing. That would completely change how a kitchen operates. He admits it’s very difficult, but it does mean you get very creative.”

Craft carbs
We can kiss goodbye to ‘plastic white bread’, says the Food People, as the craft of bread baking returns and a trend for artisan, flavoured and luxury loaves emerges.

Of course, craft carbs go well beyond bread, as Banks explains: “Forget about cheap and cheerful, carbs have taken on a luxurious edge, elevating their position from midweek staple to fine dining. How can stress cause hair loss?

Hair loss has been a major concern for both genders in recent times. However, very few people actually know about the causes which include stress. Stress sometimes induces hair loss which is sometimes irreversible. There are various treatments which can treat and disguise hairloss.

The link between stress and hair loss

Stress can lead to Telogen Effluvium which is a medical condition leading to hair loss. Telogen effluvium is often responsible for large portions of hair loss, where the hair typically falls out in ‘handfuls’. Up to 70% of scalp hair can be lost through this condition. Telogen effluvium doesn’t actually cause hair loss, instead it causes the hair to stop growing.

Stress can also lead to a condition called Alopecia Areata. This causes white blood cells to attack the hair follicles in the scalp, leading to very instantaneous hair loss. Hair often falls out in patches, but total hair loss can affect the whole scalp in the space of a few weeks. I Discovered That The Law of Attraction Cannot Work Effectively Without The Other 11 Universal Laws

There is a massive amount of misunderstanding about what the law of attraction is, I have heard the phrase very often “You become what you think about” and as such, many people find themselves becoming disillusioned with the whole thing quite quickly.

Having learned more about what the law of attraction really is allowed me to create changes in my life I never would have thought possible.

And that is why I am so passionate about this particular blog, and clearing up the confusion. It was the key to unlocking all sorts of awesomeness for me, and I want to help others do the same. And on that note, I want to discuss a few issues that have many lamenting that the law of attraction is a load of crap

Again, the law of attraction isn’t just about thinking something and getting it; just wanting something is not enough to bring it to you. You have to be a match to it, and by this I mean, your predominant thoughts, feelings and beliefs must be in harmony with your desire.

There is one concept I had to really get my head around and that was ‘The universe cannot say no’ just stick with me here… If you say out aloud verbally “I want a million pounds” what thought and real feelings came to you inside?

Well that’s the thought and feelings the universe responds too. Its no good repeating or writing something down if your inner self is in doubt because that doubt is the real instructions you are sending to the universe.

You must feel now as if you already have what you wanted — the law of attraction can’t defy your vibration. You can’t trick the Universe. The process of attraction is a neutral, mechanical process, and delivers output (experience) based on the input (your vibration). It is not judging, deciding or doing anything humans do. It can’t deliver the goods because you are a nice person, you really want something or that you are trying really hard to get it.

The whole emphasis on “being positive” can lead people astray and makes them think they are supposed to just stuff down their negative feelings and beliefs. But that isn’t what you should be doing. You have to admit your negative feelings and let yourself feel them so you can begin the process of transforming them. You have to be honest about your limiting beliefs, and then work on releasing them.

I felt inspired go into research The Laws Of The Universe because it is often misunderstood even by me and you cannot develop blind faith if you dont understand all the key components.

I don’t often quote the bible but in Job 38:33, we read:

“Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?”

The “ordinances of heaven and earth” (Jeremiah 33:25) or what people call “The Laws Of The Universe” or “The Laws of Nature” are imminent, infallible laws that govern our universe, the universe that God created. Every plant, rock, animal, matter, and person is ruled by those laws.

Universal Law #1 ~ The Law of Divine Oneness
Everything is connected to everything and everyone is connected to everyone. We are all brothers and sisters with a divine nature, and every thought, belief, word, and action of one affects every being that was, is, or will be (directly and/or indirectly). I love this law because there is divinity within each of us, and we are of infinite worth to our Heavenly Father, so we must recognise that and have faith.

Universal Law #2 ~ The Law of Vibration
God created the universe so that it vibrates, moves, and travels in circular patterns or motions; nothing rests, and all things are made of energy. Our feelings, emotions, visions, desires, thoughts, dreams, words, and will, attract and resonate with energies with similar frequency.

People often speak of karma only when they want someone punished, but living and feeling that thought in the instance is what the universe delivers so for example, when you bless adversity, and act in gratitude as if you already have and are what you desire, then it will come to you, because you are raising your vibrational frequency. The scriptures often speak about “rejoicing in our tribulations,” because joy attracts joy as much as “misery loves company.”

Universal Law #3 ~ The Law of Action
Faith without works is dead. The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do, when you engage in inspired actions that support your faith and belief. This does not mean you need to struggle, but you do put in attention and effort to manifest your intentions. Work is an eternal principle that was designed to teach us, challenge us, and help us grow.

Universal Law #4 ~ The Law of Correspondence
As the years go by, this law becomes more and more obvious to me: everything that is above reflects below, and your outer world reflects your inner world. Universal and ethereal principles have a corresponding principle in the physical plane. Everything that is temporal reflects a higher spiritual, eternal law . You can “take dominion” and change your circumstances from the inside out.

Universal Law #5 ~ The Law of Cause and Effect
Like Master Oogway says “there are no accidents.” Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Every cause (thought, word, or action) has an effect, result, and consequence. We are agents and choose in which direction we go, and with each choice, we create the circumstances that align with that choice. I always say: choices create circumstances!

Universal Law #6 ~ The Law of Compensation
You’ve heard this wisdom in many ways: Karma, The Golden Rule , or “we reap what we sow” .

It also teaches that we could expect rewards, blessings, miracles, and prosperity when we choose what is right and in alignment with our life’s purpose.

For example, when you are the source of love, joy, peace, trust, and abundant generosity, you will also be the recipient of those gifts. It’s not wrong to receive, but clearly, it is better to give cheerfully, because that is the only way to receive, and, in turn, to expand our capacity to give more.

I am always puzzled by the amount of excuses people come up with as to why they shouldn’t give £1 to a begger and think that those excuses are in some way not applied to them by their own inner thoughts from the universe one way or the other.

Universal Law #7 ~ The Law of Attraction
When we ask and have the faith to know it is possible, we are then ready to receive it , and “for as he thinketh in in heart so is he” .

In Matthew 5, Jesus taught that anger and lust are just as homicide and adultery, because our thoughts become things. It sounded crazy then and it may sound crazy now, but entertaining negative, destructive, and self-sabotaging thoughts will bring them to reality as a “self-fulfilling prophecy.” It is not about merely “wishing” or “hoping” or “visualising” things, but being conscious to align our thoughts with the results we desire.

Universal Law #8 ~ The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
I looked up the word transmutation, and it means “the action of changing or the state of being changed into another form.” It’s a transformation and a conversion, because energy is in constant motion . As children of God, we can harness the creative power within us to change our lives.

This law also states that higher vibrational energies consume lower energies. It’s the “Let Go and Let God,” allow, and surrender law. Any fear-based resistance (like control, judgemental or perfectionism ) blocks divine providence and grace from manifesting in our lives.

Universal Law #9 ~ The Law of Relativity
Everything works together for our good . This life is an opportunity to learn, grow, and progress, and every person is given a series of tests, challenges, and situations with the purpose to strengthen them, and connect or draw them closer to our creator. Life happens for you, not to you. Learn to see hardships as stepping stones, rather than stumbling blocks.

This law also teaches to put everything into its right perspective. The nature, value, or quality of something is measured in relation to another object.

For example you can complain about not having the latest designer shoes but think about the person who has no feet!

Universal Law #10 ~ The Law of Polarity
There is opposition in all things. We appreciate light in the darkness, joy in the sorrow, and companionship in solitude. Solid-liquid, hot-cold, up-down, sad-glad, good-bad… everything has an opposite, we can see the difference, and choose for ourselves. Without one the other would not exist and one is created out of the absence of the other.

If something is not working for you, direct your attention to its opposite, and you will be empowered.. in other words, “BE Positive and You’ll BE Powerful!”

If you keep complaining about being broke then broke you will remain. If you focus on the universe surprising you and live in expectation then surprised you will be.

Universal Law #11 ~ The Law of Rhythm
“What comes around goes around, and what goes up must come down.” All energy vibrates and moves according to a certain rhythm. Everything has natural cycles, seasons, patterns, and stages of development. Each cycle is a reflection of the regularity of God’s universe.

To master each rhythm, you must rise above any negative part of the cycle. stay in flow throughout these rhythms of life. I am sure you have heard the following saying “after the storm, at least comes the calm.”

Universal Law #12 ~ The Law of Gender
Also called the Law of Gestation; it states that when we plant a seed (masculine / yang), it requires time and nurturing to grow and manifest (feminine / ying). Patience and persistence are necessary to succeed in any endeavor, and many give up right before the goal is reached. Trust in the universes timing! Which takes you back to universal law 6 and 7

What Difference Do The Universal Laws Make?
The Universal laws help us understand the greatness of the creator, as well as His loving and merciful ways, because, if you think about it, this magnificent order allows us predictability and help us prevent chaos.

Whether we believe so or not, we are creators of our own life. (I prefer to think that we are directors of our own movie.)

We can either direct or be directed, take responsibility or give our power away by living in blame. Our beliefs become our thoughts, if your belief is oppressive, negative or destructive then they govern your thoughts. These, in turn, determine our feelings, triggers the choices which influence our actions, and ultimately the outcomes.

Knowing, understanding, and aligning with the laws of the universe can help you become conscious and intentional about directing your life. We are empowered to create our own reality through our imagination, and not by default, because everything that the creator put in place in this universe works with you and for you.
I have proven this to myself so many times.
